Casablanca

Casablanca is one of the most modern cities in the country. It is one of the recommended tourist places there. The city of Casablanca, the city’s most exclusive and historic district, is encircled by the ocean ramparts at the bottom of Ain Diab. Bazaars, craft workshops, and local food shops are all here. The great Hassan II Mosque is the largest mosque in Morocco and one of the largest in the world. It is located at the northern end of Ain Diab. The marble plaza is almost enchanting on sunny days. The arches that encircle it guide visitors to the ornately carved marble exterior.  Everything is influenced by the rising minaret. It is really the world’s tallest, and the world’s tallest religious formation at 210 m.  The cedar wood roof can be opened during large gatherings of functions in the summer months, allowing the structure to be aired. A Medersa (Koranic school) with a reading room and meeting apartments are also part of the structure. The hammam with tubs, Turkish bath, and the ritual cleansing room is located on the ground floor, where the true believers clean themselves before heading to worship.

Rabat

 Rabat is one of the imperial cities you can visit in Morocco travel destinations. There are many attractions to explore there. First, You can visit the Mausoleum of Mohammed V, which houses the king’s remains. The tombs of his sons Moulay Abdellah and Hassan II (who was Morocco’s king) were also brought. As it is made of Italian marble and topped with a pyramidal roof of green tiles, the mausoleum is a magnificent example of Arab-Islamic design. 

The Hassan Tower is located next to the Mausoleum. It’s the red tower of a masjid in Rabat that was never finished. This mosque was meant to be the world’s largest, but Sultan Yacoub al-Mansour died in 1199, and the building was stopped. The square contains the foundations of the 200 sections that would support the mosque. The mosque and mausoleum together form one of Rabat’s most important cultural and historical structures.

Volubilis

Volubilis is a short distance from Meknes city ad another imperial city. The ruins of Volubilis are located at the foot of The mountain Moulay Idriss Zerhoun. Volubilis is Morocco’s most well-known archaeological site, consisting of the ruins of a Roman city of the same name. The visit is only possible if accompanied by a guide, which is a plus because it allows you to learn about Volubilis’ history and appreciate the archaeological site’s most beautiful points. The guide also serves as a supervisor, as some inconsiderate visitors have previously damaged the site by altering mosaics and artefacts.

Fes

Merzouga Desert

Merzouga is an important travel destination in Morocco. The route to get there are frequently obscured by sand. Essaouira

They brought with them a large Jewish community.  The architectural influence of the Portuguese and Spanish is still visible in the defensive ramparts on the ocean. Thus, the city is now known as a tourist resort for the hippy communities that have settled there. The fortified medina is enchanting, with shops, clubs, and restaurants, and the sea is one of Morocco’s most beautiful.
