For people who are afraid of installing a new ROM on their device,

they can use this tutorial to install any ROM.

I literally explained all the steps and concepts and even to save the old version if something happens to the rom.

To install new custom ROMs on the device, we must first root it to break its limitations.

How to install a custom ROM on Android

To install custom ROM after rooting your phone,

we need Android app, so we use ROM Manager to install ROM manually.

Click here to download ROM Manager or you can download it from Android Market Place or Google Play Store

After downloading and installing the ROM manager on your Android phone.

Now download the Rom you want to install and put it in your SD memory card

and don’t forget to put it in the root folder and make sure its extension is zip, otherwise extract it and zip it .

Keep in mind that so far you have disabled USB debugging and enabled the Unknown Sources options that I recently mentioned in my previous article on “Root Android Phones for Full Control”.

If your app is installed, it should look like this:

to save the old version if something happens to the rom we need Android app,
