Water Rich Fruits and Vegetables

The human body consists of almost 60-70% of water. This fact makes it vital to keep the body hydrated as much as possible. Dehydration is also one of the major reasons for various body ailments and can cause problems like fatigue, headaches, muscle cramps, skin problems, blood pressure, etc. Drinking plenty of water, at least 8-10 glasses in a day, is a general recommendation by health experts to blow away dehydration. However, eating water-rich foods such as water-rich fruits and vegetables is also beneficial as it serves the purpose of providing essential nutrients to the body. The fluids present in these fruits and vegetables are nutritious and support almost all bodily functions. The key examples of such functions are: 

  • Keeping the nose, mouth, throat, eyes, etc., moist.
